Its All About The Nethers

The wee pooh bear has been on a bit of a nap strike lately, therefore no blog writin' time. But Papa is home today, so away we go...

We have been expecting a new arrival here at the Ranch. Twins actually. And they have finally arrived! May I present, in their first public appearance, Betty and Blue... Well actually, its mostly Betty and only a corner of Blue, but you get the idea, right? Our brand new fire-watchin' armchairs. And guess what? They recline too! I'm thinking up new names for the Hub and I and I think its going to Lazy and Boy.

In further riveting news, we got some takeout chinese last night, and the restaurant next door had this new sign out front. Now seriously. Who is going to order Hellfire Wings? And really. How much hotter can they be than "hot hot"? And furthermore, the Hub wants to know if they come with any tasty Brimstone Sauce? I'm just askin' is all.

Now the little chub bub is still suffering from a bit of baby constipation (whee! can you say baby poo pellets?) despite prune juice, gallons of water and green and orange veggies. So we thought we'd try some fibrous applesauce to get things moving. Only, because we're hippy freaks, we will only offer the little critter organic, unsweetened, applesauce. Methinks he found it to be a bit tart...

Eeeek! For the record Robert, I wanted simple wing chairs, they just happen to recline. Although it was a big selling point with The Hub. I'll make a point of never reclining it in the interest of non-hipocracy, okay?

And Talley, babies under a year can't have any honey, it carries a serious threat of botulism for their wee undeveloped digestive tracts. Horrible...

How about making your own applesauce using sweeter apples and a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg? But I agree with Talley, it didn't seem to be slowing him down.

Botulism!!! Who would have thought that Mom exposed Sue, Kathy and I to that when she gave us home made cough medicine made from honey and lemon! Its a wonder we all made it past 5 years of age, with all the things we know now that are not good!!
