If You Can Dodge A Wrench...

Hey there! This is a really random assortment of events from the past week... Hum an inspirational tune to yourself and think of it as a photo montage, mkay?

Tank Boy enjoyed playing in puddles of all sorts...

I made an awesome quiche with local organic collard greens, fresh dill and eggs, store bought onions, goat cheese, and cheddar, that was the rockin'est quiche I've ever made, but they boys pretty much couldn't have cared less, so I had to eat the whole thing myself...

I got Tank Boy to grudgingly model yet another Foliage hat...

Have you guys seen this shot from The Drudge Reportof McCain nuzzling Bush? Poor kids, had their awkward slash tender moment forever caught on the digi!

And a quick snippet of our Sunday evening. Poor Tank Hub had a wrench sort of slip while he was yanking on a pipe and kind of smack him in the zygomatic arch (aka cheekbone). Ouch! One CT scan, some laceration irrigation, an ouchy shot or two, and four stitches later we were back at home eating pizza.

How was y'alls week?!

Bummer when you are forced by the disinterest of others to eat the whole fabulous quiche on your own, huh? I say "have more pizza guys! I'll be over here polishing off this terrible quiche... no no, don't you worry about me."
Poor Lee... looks like a pretty ouchy eye. Yikes!
Asher is fully into the splash zone these days as well... it's his FAVorite thing to do, and he will go get his boots and snow pants and grab my hand and pull me over to the front door, saying "splash" and "bye bye" to let me know it's time for another water-soaked adventure. Pertty durn cute if ya ask me.
Happy splashing!

Haven't checked out your blog in some time. I can't believe your little one is soo big. I guess I have been away too long. I have a so that is just 2 months older than yours.. How funny. That makes 3 rugrats for me. I am done.. Hope all is well.. I am still playing hockey but not on the wolves.. But more later..

Take Care,

Eunice (one of the Hanson's)

Nice shades on the Tank! Too bad his Dad wasn't wearing them when he decided to do wrench practice...actually its very very lucky that it did not hit his eye, they don't respond too well to being squashed!! Please tell him for me that I am very sorry for his pain. As for the quiche, please send it out in an icy bag and I will love every bite of it!

Love, Dad...who can barely do scrambled eggs.

You know that is how Tod almost lost his eye. 4 surgeries later he has some sight. Glad you had a better outcome, Lisa
