Foetal Yoga? Resistance Training?

The other day, as I was toiling away at work, the babe-to-be performed an astonishing feat of acrobatics and strength. The critter decided to wedge itself crosswise in my womb and push with all its mitey might, and produce, from my perspective, a knob-like protrusions on either side of my belly, much akin to Frankenstein's neck bolts. I think it is a good look for me.

Next, I want you to train the merperson within you to mime "walking against the womb"...

..or something.

How about some nice gentle yoga or Pilates. That gets the kinks out and stretches everything...and I mean everything!
