Our own dearest Bill remarks upon his own Hummingbird interests, stating that he had never seen a hummingbird in his entire life, but within five minutes of hanging his red sugar water filled feeder, his backyard was awash with humming, hovering nectar sucking slyphs of the natural world. Kudos to you, and kudos to the run on sentence!
We were with friends who live on Lake Gaston in Bracey, VA this weekend and their hummingbird feeder looked like BWI on a Friday night...just loaded all the time with these fine little creatures. We get a few now and then when our cannas are blooming, but no so much with the feeder...too many bees to contend with. Great picture!
